The process:

• We view your property and if suitable make you an offer for guaranteed rent for up to 5 years.
• We agree terms and sign a management agreement contract.
• We make sure your property is ready to rent including ensuring the property is safe and legally compliant.
• We upgrade your property where necessary, decorating and furnishing to a high standard.  Any other works that need to be undertaken to get the property up to standard can be discussed and negotiated.
• We take on all the responsibility for the bills including utilities, council tax, broadband and licences if required.
• We assign corporate/pre-approved professional tenants to your property.
• We carry out regular inspections.
• We reinstate your property to the same, if not better pre-term condition at the end of the contract.
